Delivery, Returns and Exchanges

We do not make any refunds.

Sale items are final sale. Sale items can’t be returned for an exchange.

Aguacate Boutique is not responsible for lost or any problem with the package once the tracking number have been sent to our client.

We send orders Monday to Friday, orders placed on weekends will be shipped on Monday. Orders placed in a week of holidays maybe have delays.

We do everything to get your orders on time, otherwise packages can arrive outside the given timeframe.

The international packages may be subject to duties and taxes, we do recommend contacting your local customs website for the limits of duty free or local customs authorities.

Beachwear, resortwear and accessories can’t be returned or exchanged.

After you receive your merchandise, you have five (5) Days to notify us and send the piece back to the store address with tracking number.

We do check the merchandise after we get it. It has to be new, with tags, and the original bag. We do not accept pieces with any damage, makeup, washed, used.

If everything is fine, we send you a store credit.

We only change One time the same invoice, with no exception.
